I had high hopes for this movie, but it turned out to be pretty underwhelming. It's not a bad movie by any means, but I expected it to be a grounded, James Bond-type spy movie (because that's how Black Widow is in the comics), not something with over-the-top exaggerated fight scenes. The pacing was good; the storyline was okay, it wasn't anything unique. Florence Pugh gave a stellar performance and I'm looking forward to her character's future endeavors. This was just your average Marvel movie, and I expected it to be a lot more.
And did I talk about Taskmaster... utterly disappointing.

Gotta say, after two years since the MCU film was released. Marvel Studios: Black Widow FINALLY is out in theaters and on Disney+. In the end, this movie was worth the wait. I had a blast watching it with my mother and siblings. Black Widow is probably among the better MCU Standalone films. The characters were great, the action, stunt work, and set pieces were thrilling very grounded just like TWS & TFATWS. Black Widow reminds me of James Bond, The Bourne series (the good ones), and Mission: Impossible in the best way. I like the score/music done by Lorne Balfe. Outside of that, Black Widow is a great send-off to a beloved fan-favorite Avenger while also a great start to brand new fan-favorite Yelena Belova, especially that post credit scene. Which left me say "Whoa" ( Neo's voice). There are a few issues I have with the film. One particular decision involving a character that might be "controversial" to others. Personally, it didn't bother me. The character looked cool, wish this person was a plot device/threat towards our heroes. Overall: Black Widow is full with excellent characters, exciting action, funny humor, heavy themes, and emotional moments that were worth the wait while turning out to be a great enjoyable fun experience and among one of my favorite standalone movies. I highly recommended.

If I'm being completely honest Black Widow should of been had her movie a long time ago and the fact that we are just now getting it is kinda weird because of what happened to her. I like all the family members but Florence Pugh was a standout out for me. The movie in my opinion was just ok it didn't really do that much or really make me feel anything while watching it.
Taskmaster was very entertaining and I love all of his scenes but I really wanted more of him he's not really in the movie that much. For a Balck Widow movie the choreography is ok but it could of been better honestly the bad editing looked like it was trying to hide alot of it with some shaky cam.
This was a very underwhelming marvel movie but I'm glad we got some thing for Black Widow. Its nothing I'm going to remember down the road and it is a pretty dry entry.
Only negative point that I can say is the time of releasing thus movie it's to late it should be after civilwar not after end game
This movie is a masterpeace like anotger marvel movues I liked ut very much
SO FREAKING AWESOME. This movie had to be one of the best marvel movies yet. It truly captured the story of Natasha Romanoff from the beginning to the end. In the previous Marvel movie Avengers: Age Of Ultron it showed how Natasha had memories of the ‘Red Room’ and her experience their but in Black Widow you really get too see what it was like. This movie also gives the background of how Natasha grew up and what her life was like before all of the bad things. The most important thing about this movie for me was just seeing her family and with EVERYTHING they’ve been through they still managed to come back and have a love/hate bond lol

Truly enjoyed this - well done story and family dynamics, with a great deal of irony. Was concerned be disappointed as one of the first big movies post endgame, but it is a well done that leaves plenty of story to be told next

Black Widow's deeper themes are drowned out in all the action, but it remains a solidly entertaining standalone adventure that's rounded out by a stellar supporting cast.
"Black Widow" never feels more than just a footnote in the story, a detour that holds no weight in the larger M.C.U. narrative, except to set up Yelena for a larger role in the future.
At the end we see something coming from from Marvel but at first when it started it was like James Bond Movie for a longer time.
while watching i forgot that she is not there any morE..😭😭
WHAT A DIRECTION, TOTALLY WORTH WATCHING...
Could have worked so well, if came after Civil War. Now, it felt like re repeat of all other marvel movies.
The action on every new Marvel movie surpasses the previous, this has done the same, over all a good Scarlet Johnson movie, but an average Black Widow movie.
After an entire year without any MCU content, Marvel Studios has officially released “Black Widow” in currently-open theaters, and my goodness, how we’ve missed this kick-ass franchise.
The Scarlet Johansson-led film is action-packed and a thrill to see, especially in the visual effects area. It gives us a deep dive into Natasha Romanoff’s history, including who she was before she became an Avenger. The supporting cast also does a phenomenal job, with Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova) being the main highlight of it all.
It’s definitely a must-watch for Marvel fans, but it’s also a must-watch for those who want to see one of 2021’s best action films.
