Not “redefining”. But still a wicked movie to watch with your mates (with a couple of drinks). The zombie tiger and horse are absolutely stunning.

To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of zombie movies and this one isn't an exception. It has some great action and some good twists but the end was rather predictable and for my taste it was a little too long and slow. The cast was rather good though and the zombie tiger was cool!

Movie predictable 99% of the time, the only thing I didn’t see coming was the main characters new crush where she dies in the elevator. The movie was unnecessary long. The beginning was 15 minutes of montage, I think that part sums up the whole movie, and when the main character was dying where did the nuke go? It cant be heard it cant be seen only when the camera moves full back you see it which considering the size of the explosion wasn’t accurate. Also we didn’t get to enjoy the explosion wtf I think Michael bay should have taken that part in his hands. Damn it Zack you keep fucking up man stop it.

Did not care what happened to the living characters. Had more sympathy for zombies. Some good set pieces but a terrible film overall.

Actually gave up on this eventually. The storyline just wasn't good enough or they needed to cut some and just keep the good stuff. From what the trailer provided I was really disappointed.

This was an ok movie, everything was predictable but was a pretty entertaining movie. It’ll be interesting to see where they take this franchise.

Zack Snyder + zombies =a great time. If i had to complain about something it would be the way the movie chose to kill off some of the members. I love what he did with the zombies and the effects it was such a great time and a easy movie to turn your brain off to.

Okay to be honest you should watch it not becoz its one of the best but it has lot of new things like the new zombie thing that I have never seen in any zombie movies. The VFX and fight scenes all that were amazing and it was greatly directed, but the dialogues were delivered normally nothing great about those, Couldn't relate to many things in this movie becoz of its cast I think. Still you should check this out. Go for it

Well it's a popcorn worthy movie. But a one time watch only. Although from the VFX to the visuals to the hard work that every person had put in it. I mean it's a fuckin Zack Snyder movie so it is expected.

Fun, action-packed movie. Make some popcorn, turn your brain off, laugh at the one-liners and enjoy this awesome zombie flick by Zack Snyder. Not quite the caliber of Dawn of the Dead but still lots of fun!

An ambitious, over-the-top zombie heist mashup, Army of the Dead brings Zack Snyder back to his genre roots with a suitably gory splash.

NO SPOILER REVIEW HERE! Sooo many unexpected happenings. One ABSOLUTELY blew my mind, going in with typical zombie lore as my guide to what might happen. Very enjoyable watch and totally worth your time.

All of the trailers are misleading. There’s barely any zombie killing and very small pockets of action outside of the opening sequence. Zack Snyder is the only person who would try to make a more serious zombie heist film. Useless long music scenes. Nonsensical slow mo. A waste of a really good idea and this is coming from someone who loved Dawn of the Dead.
